(FORS Gold) - Top Level of accreditation. Having FORS Gold ensures we cover and adhere to all safety, fuel efficiency and vehicle emissions standards. It also means that we are continuously improving operations.
This helps our Transport department to measure their performance and improve areas to ensure best practice. This is measured by using a system called Fleetmatics. The system allows our Transport team to track vehicles in the field, improve fleet operations, worker productivity and encourage safe driving with the Verizon Connect fleet management solution.
In addition to this, all drivers complete a 7-hour Safe Urban Driving course and FORS E-Learning modules. As we have FORS Gold we aim to ensure all our third-party suppliers are FORS members.
These are the three main ISO standards that operate across the world. The principal purpose of the ISO standards is to ensure our business practices are in line with an internationally recognised accreditation, providing our customers with the reassurance we operate our business in a professional and trustworthy manner.
